Refund Policy

LAST UPDATED: 2026-07-15

Blunt on purpose: credits are usage units, and once they are used the money has been spent on compute. Here is exactly when a purchase is refundable and how to ask.

01

Who processes refunds

All payments — and therefore all refunds — are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; how fast the money shows up depends on your bank.

02

The 14-day window

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days a purchase is final.

03

Credit packs

A credit pack is refundable only if no credits were spent after the purchase. Running any generation after buying — even one — makes the pack non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for partially used packs.

04

Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access and your credits until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
  • The first charge of a new subscription is refundable within the 14-day window only with zero usage — no generations run since the charge.
05

What an approved refund does to your balance

An approved refund (or chargeback) removes the purchased credits from your account. If you already spent some of them, your balance can go negative, and you will not be able to start new generations until it is positive again.

06

How to request a refund

Either way works, and both go to the same place:

  • Email PRINTOMAT SUPPORT — support@printomat.ai from your account address, naming the purchase.
  • Use the receipt link in the Paddle email you received with your purchase.
